Certifications (by level of certification):
HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide your customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.
PCQI – Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. The regulation requires that certain activities be performed by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual who has successfully completed training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls.
GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product.
SILLIKER – Perform third-party audits to verify your plant’s compliance with current regulations and industry practices through program reviews and on-site observations. Our audits, including HACCP, Distribution Centers (DC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Management Systems, Pet Food/Animal Feed, Packaging and Dietary Supplements, employ a combination of food safety principles, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices to provide an objective overview of your program.
